Inverness Medical Innovations is dedicated to research and
development and committed to being a global leader in developing
and marketing diagnostic tests that are easy to use by consumers

review current trends and address gaps in the field of medical

A significant portion of our research and development effort is
focussed on development of cardiovascular disease management
products. Further efforts are focused on our consumer and
professional diagnostic products. We consider research and
development to be vital for us to constantly innovate and set the
standards in health diagnostics markets, and are presently
exploring new opportunities for our proprietary lateral flow,
electrochemical and other technologies in a variety of professional
diagnostic and consumer-oriented applications within our
focus areas of cardiology, women's health, oncology, infectious
disease, respiratory conditions, blood-borne pathogens and drugs of
